We verify ATS compatibility by extracting text from each generated PDF and confirming that all content appears in correct reading order. When formatted correctly, your resume reaches the recruiter's inbox instead of being filtered silently.
What makes this different from free tools like Canva?
Canva and similar tools are designed for visual appeal, not machine parsing. Their multi-column layouts, decorative elements, and embedded graphics cause ATS text extraction failures — meaning your resume may look great but never get read by a human. What file format is the download?
PDF only. We use a PDF renderer that produces text-native output — meaning the text in your PDF is real, selectable, copy-pasteable text, not an image. This is required for ATS compatibility: ATS systems extract text from PDFs, and an image-based PDF has nothing to extract, so its content may never be read at all.
Is the $9 really a one-time charge?
Yes. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no hidden fees. $9 buys one PDF export, with unlimited re-downloads and template switching for 7 days. The payment is processed by PayPal. You can usually pay by credit or debit card without creating or logging into a PayPal account — PayPal decides whether to offer that at payment time, so it is not available to everyone.
